Scoring

Scoring rules for the Primary Kangaroo are as follows:

1 mark is awarded for each correct answer so a total of 20 marks for the paper.
In the Primary Kangaroo you will NOT lose marks for getting questions wrong
Answers left blank will be marked as 0
All students will receive a Certificate of Success with “Best in Class” and “Best in Year” certificates available for your top scorers, with a special rosette on their certificate.
There are no follow-on rounds after the Primary Kangaroo
