Charlotte joined UKMT in August 2022.
With over 14 years experience in management, HR and Office Management within the private sector, Charlotte made the move to the third sector.
In Charlotte’s role, she works closely with the Managing Director, is responsible for HR, staff training, Internal governance and policies, working closely with the Finance Team to complete the audit and works closely with the Board of Trustees.
Hobbies: Walking, Horse riding, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
